WHO IS SUSAN BLACKWELL?
SUSAN BLACKWELL is on a mission to free people. As a performer, writer, educator, speaker and business consultant, she champions this cause around the world, on Broadway, off-Broadway, in classrooms and boardrooms, in writing, and on TV, film, sound recordings and the Internet. Most notably, she created and played a character based on herself in the original Broadway musical [title of show], and the off-Broadway musical NOW. HERE. THIS. (original cast recordings available on Sh-K-Boom records). She created and hosts the freewheeling chat show Side by Side by Susan Blackwell on Broadway.com. As the founder of Susan Blackwell + Co, she partners with likeminded, compassionate artists and thought leaders to deliver inspiring entertainment and educational offerings aimed at freeing people’s creativity and self-expression. She has created and led transformational workshops for thousand of participants at Fortune 100 companies, boutique firms, universities and other institutions.
The Fine Print
Don’t be afraid! This workshop is designed to be rigorous but totally fun and satisfying! Workshops are limited to the first 30 qualified applicants. Participants must be 15 or older. Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with complete event details. Once you have registered for the workshops, refunds will not be granted for any reason except cancellation of workshops. In the event that workshops must be cancelled, you will be notified via email and all fees will be refunded.
Liability
I understand that I am registering for instruction in workshops which may involve physical, emotional, and/or psychological activity and that in such an undertaking there is always a risk involved. I understand that in a group setting the instructor cannot always monitor my physical, emotional, and psychological limits, and that I am therefore responsible for assessing the risk any activity poses to me, and choosing a safe course of action for myself. I agree to assume the risk and responsibility for any injuries or damages suffered by me arising out of my participation in these workshops.
Use of Likeness, Photography and Videography
I understand that while participating in these workshops, photographs and/or video may be taken of participants. Some of these photographs may be used by for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in brochures, websites, advertisements and newsletters. By attending these workshops, I agree that I am willing to be photographed and/or videotaped, and that my image and such photographs and footage may be used for promotional, educational, and informational purposes without compensation to me of any kind.
Recording Devices
The use of personal recording devices is strictly prohibited during workshops.
