I’m Susan Blackwell, + I'm a person who does a lot of different things.

I’m a Broadway, film + TV actor, a writer, an interviewer, a teacher, + on top of that, I spent 20 years in corporate + management.

I’ve blended all of that experience into The Spark File podcast, workshops and courses. At The Spark File, we help people identify and accomplish their creative goals.

I am also a teaching artists / moderator / facilitator who applies creative + performance technique to real world challenges. I’ve created + led transformational development experiences for thousands of people at fortune 100 companies, world-class arts organizations, universities, + other institutions.
